Head - Accounts - FMCG/Food Processing Firm

The eligible candidate should :

1. Be a CA or an MBA

2. Have an overall experience of at least 12-15 years in accounts & finance with past experience of managing a team.

3. Should be from a manufacturing company preferably FMCG

4. Should be comfortable with prior experience of working on an ERP preferably Microsoft Dynamics

5. Preference for candidates with past experience in managing audits conducted by One of the Big 4's

6. Should possess strong Knowledge of direct and indirect taxation including GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.

Responsibilities :

1. The candidate will head a team of people and report to the CFO, who will oversee and lead overall financials and controls of the Company.

2. Will have to manage the day to accounting functions and accounting-related queries from across the Company; resolve accounting queries from time to time

3. Manage/ monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual financials; Various MIS; Budgeting, etc

4. Handle all tax compliances direct and indirect

5. Work closely with the auditors and manage statutory and internal audits

6. Work with the CFO on budgeting and other financial aspects
