- Ensure all accounts (Vendors/Employee/Operations/Bank) are updated on regular basis with accurate information.  - Ensure all reconciliations of accounts like Bank/Cash/Vendor/Employee Accounts /Credit Cards/Vendors (Trade/Non-Trade) are done as per the rotation cycle on regular basis.  - Managing and checking inter company transactions.  - Support CFO in preparing budgets for the financial year for all departments.  - Regularly monitor budget vs. actuals for each account head.  - Reviews and evaluate options to identify cost- reducing strategies.  - Prepare and submit accurate financial reports like Budget Vs. Actuals, Monthly/Weekly/Daily cash- flow planners etc as per deadlines.  - Support to the audit team by providing timely information.  - Any other activity as may be assigned to you from time to time by the CFO  - Ensure maintenance of proper files for all parties with copies of all communication exchanged included
