Qualification Required : CA

This position will support the head of accounts in payment bank in ensuring effective & efficient financial management system, providing financial information to senior management, handling tax & RBI compliances and maintaining sound financial controls.

JOB Description:

Oversee & manage daily operations of the accounts department.

Monthly review of all general ledger accounts to ensure accurate and completeness of posted transactions.

Preparation of all financial statements including cash flow statement and accounts for audit

Ensure statutory compliances & reporting including direct & indirect tax and RBI

Coordinate and successfully conclude financial audits (internal, statutory, tax etc.)

Ensure full implementation of Internal Financial controls (IFC)

Co-ordinate with FP&A team for data quality and accuracy for all internal and external reporting

Monitoring of creditors/debtors accounts, cash position, payments control etc.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

Chartered Accountant or equivalent degree with 7-12 years of experience, preferably in banking industry.

Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems, preferably SAP

Knowledge of IFRS, Direct & Indirect Tax and basic understanding of GST and IFC

Ability to prepare financial reports & statements

Effective oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to efficiently communicate financial results to both financially and non-financially oriented persons
