Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, specifically in handling GST and TDS, man management, SAP HANA, MS Excel, reconciliation, B2B transactions, and MIS reporting. The candidate should come from a CA background with a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably from a reputed audit firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit and Compliance:

- Conduct thorough audits of financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

- Handle GST and TDS calculations, filings, and reconciliations.

Man Management:

- Lead and manage a team of junior auditors, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

- Ensure effective delegation of tasks and maintain team productivity.

Technical Proficiency:

- Utilize SAP HANA for financial data analysis and reporting.

- Perform advanced data analysis and reporting using MS Excel.

Financial Reconciliation:

- Conduct detailed account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

- Identify discrepancies and resolve them in a timely manner.

B2B Transactions:

- Oversee and manage business-to-business transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders.

MIS Reporting:

- Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports to senior management.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.

Qualifications:


- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in a reputed audit firm.

- Proficiency in GST and TDS regulations and procedures.

- Strong man management skills with experience leading a team.

- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

- Experience in financial reconciliation, B2B transactions, and MIS reporting.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
