Head - Accounts Finalisation - Manufacturing

- Responsible for end-to-end monthly consolidation and finalization of quarterly audits.

- GAAP/ Ind-AS in compliance with of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, & MCA Notifications along withmonthly/ quarterly and annual group reporting.

- Quatrterly presentations to the Board of Directors and Audit Comittees

- Working closely with the financial planning (FP&A) and investor relations (IR) team for closure ofmonthly profit and loss account and EBITDA of the Company.

- Closure of audits and audit issues and auditor's presentation to the audit committee, review of auditreports.

- Ensuring closure of internal audit issues, review of internal audit reports and ensuring on time implementation of suggested corrective actions/ controls as agreed by the departments/ operation teams

- Sox implementation and IFC compliances

- Leading the restructuring projects, acquisition, amalgamation and finance function integration of amalgamating entities from finance side .Due diligence, PPA valuation and handling accounting and taxation related matters

- Controlling and ensuring the Compliance of Related party Transactions as per Companies Act and SEBI (LODR) Regulations

- Formulating SoPs on financial closing, reporting and accounting and compliance related matters

- Reviewing of the financials of multiple businesses units and subsidiaries in the group. Including the cost control activity and automation / implementation of MIS and financial reports.

- Responsible for monthly closing of books and monthly reporting.

- Ensuring correct classification (capex/opex) of expenditures and ensuring appropriate accounting of research and development expenses.

- Ensuring CSR compliances

- Ensuring closure of financial statements of subsidiaries and audit .

- Finalizing quarterly advance tax computations of variuos entities within the group

- Preparing and providing data for income tax and indirect tax assessments and litigations.

- Dealing with auditors, consultants, advocates to get the required outputs, including those engaged in restructuring, acquisition, expansion related projects.
