JD :

- Leading, directing and developing a broad range of effective integrated Finance, Accounts & Commercial

- Conceptualization and implementation of Accounts & Finance Strategies to achieve respective business growth.

- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures;

- Responsible for Business Analysis, Inventory & debtor control and finalization and audit of annual report.

- Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained as per organization's expectations.

- Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate in accordance with applicable A/C standards.

- Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit

- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash

- Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting as compared to budget

- Partner with CEO in all the strategic initiative for further growth

- Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions, Examine all financial reports
