Job Description

- Manage the company's financial planning

- Preparing and presenting financial reports for meetings

- Working with executives and business heads to prepare budgets and Manage Budget

- Creating solutions to new financial challenges by applying financial/treasury knowledge

- Liaising with other departments and business units on a range of issues

- Providing advice on financial matters impacting on the company as a whole

- Taking responsibility and supervising the work of Team members

- Monitoring preparation of financial reports and submissions to relevant Government entities

- Arranging financial audits and reviews as required

- Monitoring Reconciliation

- Monitoring tax filing and dealing with matters relating to the taxes (GST, PT & TDS)

- Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities

- Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company

- Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company

- Maintain banking relationships

- Oversee and guide team on outstanding from clients

- Oversee and guide team on outstanding to Vendors

- Ensuring that online payment flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively

- Training Team Members

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management an also Departmental Budgeting and moinitoring.

- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.

- Treasury and Cash Flow Management:

- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships effectively.

- Ensure optimal utilization of financial resources.

- Tally Software Implementation and Use:

- Oversee the effective use and integration of Tally software for financial and operational processes.

- Drive system improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

- Stable employment history with prior experience leading finance teams in companies of similar scale and industry.

Job Overview:

- Accounting Oversight: Manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, and timely audit completion.

- Taxation Compliance: Oversee compliance with direct and indirect taxes, including GST and income tax, ensuring accuracy in filings and adherence to deadlines.

- Financial Reporting: Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting initiatives and provide financial projections to guide executive decision-making.

- Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
