Head - Accounts

On of our client is looking for Head Accounts. The brief JD is given below:

Brief JD:

- Accounts finalization under IGAAP and IFRS.

- Statutory audit, Cost audit and reporting to Audit Committee / Board

- Reporting to Joint Venture partners for financial information

- Consolidation of subsidiaries and reporting to parent company.

- Provide financial info and other analytical inputs for Corporate Centre reviews on regular basis

- Knowledge of SAP and related FI modules

- Experience in SOP & risk control measures

- Financial Planning, Annual budgeting and Analysis

- Business Segment profitability analysis including segment wise EVA

- Conduct regular balance sheet reviews and working capital management with sales / operations teams

- Conduct Valuation at regular intervals
