About The Team:

Our client has witnessed rapid growth and success since its inception and is poised to continue moving on this exponential expansion trajectory. The US Growth team at ourclient focuses on onboarding SMB clients in the US, looking for innovative and customized payable finance and supply chain financing solutions. The company is keen to onboard a dynamic, data-driven, and inspiring 'Account Management Head' to expand the share of wallet from their existing client base.

The incumbent will play a fundamental role in building relationships and offering a high level of service with US SMB customers and managing a lean account management team. They will possess outstanding quantitative, communications, and client leadership skills that will define, optimize and scale our client's US SMB business. He/she will be responsible to deduce and improve processes, being a customer advocate, and a creative problem solver, with the best use of product and technology to hit ambitious target goals and drive customer success.

Your Role:

- The prime responsibility is to maintain C-levels and VP Finances relationships with SMEs to grow our business

- This experienced leader and people manager will build and expand their team to ensure a robust pipeline and sales execution

- Be involved in building and leading a world-class sales and account management organization responsible for delivering working capital solutions for our SMB US clients

- Drive sales through existing customers. Deliver a % of overall revenue growth from allocated clients

- Understand the competitive landscape to ensure we offer the best client experience

- Grow revenue per customer on a quarter-to-quarter basis by getting more share of waller

- Builds relationships with customers develops and executes a strategic plan to achieve targets and maintain very low customer churn

- Aggressive sales or account management professional that has been a strong individual contributor and front-line sales/account manager

- Able to thrive in a startup environment- move quickly, think strategically, and be superb at tactical execution

- Proven track record to work cross-functionally with customer-facing and internal teams

- Consistent proven track record in exceeding targets and taking ownership of the tasks you are assigned

- You learn quickly, are comfortable with numbers, and have strong quantitative skills to use data to make insightful decisions

- Experience selling to the US or global SMBs is a big plus

- Native or bilingual English speaker with extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
