Description
As the head of the academy, you'll be tasked with:
Business Strategy:
- Chalk out the strategic roadmap with market research and 5 Yr. scale-up plans.
- Do market research and analysis to identify the pilot and the scale-up plan for increasing the brand presence.
- Build a marketing strategy plan to improve the brand footprint while identifying key channels and mediums for promotions.
- Responsible to ensure achievement of the monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets.
- Head the leadership team and closely work with the CEO and operations head for monthly/quarterly forecasting.
P&L Management and Business Development:
- Handle the top-line and the bottom-line growth by targeting the key customer base.
- Do competitive analysis and benchmarking to position the brand and build it.
- Closely work with the sales team to increase the revenue and increase the academy footprint.
- Collaborate with the operations and training head to improve the overall profitability.
- Build the team and key service areas as per the strategic roadmap.
Brand Marketing - Performance Marketing:
- Look after the brand-building activities across all ATL - BTL channels.
- Build a deep understanding of the Ed-Tech space while doing competitive benchmarking.
- Look after marketing strategy execution across digital media channels.
- Oversee the key marketing optimization metrics while enhancing the brand presence.
Profile
- 10+ Yr experience working with Ed-Tech/ Training Institutions/ Industrial Training/ Management Consulting organizations leading teams and working on core Marketing Strategy/ Business Development.
- Excellent delivery track record fuelled by strong leadership and a strategic outlook and backed by solid people management skills; ability to communicate effectively with executive, business, and technical audiences located across the country.
- Must have a solid understanding of the K-12/Training/Ed-Tech space in India.
- Have a track record of delivering strong performance while leading teams in sales and operations.
- Experience in Leadership / Team Management / Cross-Functional collaboration along with an understanding of market research and data analysis methods is important.
- The person should have a strong leaning towards digital marketing and an understanding of digital marketing automation.
- Sound communication skills & outstanding analytical skills besides strong expertise in interpreting results and deriving insights are important.
