Job purpose- To achieve customer satisfaction & improve plant reliabilities (PQDCSM) by effective implementation and sustain the improvement culture by developing coaches, establishing academy and involvement of people.

Essential- Having prior experience with the production department. Knowledge of TQM models, Analytical abilities, hands on experience of improvement directly on field, exposure to more than one function / department preferably worked with Business Excellence award winning companies
