Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with a strong focus on fostering learning and career progression. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business acumen, operational excellence, pedagogical expertise, and a deep understanding of educational products. The incumbent will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring operational efficiency while adhering to best practices in pedagogy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Invested in People Development:

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and career progression within the team.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

2. Business Acumen:

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of running Profit and Loss (P&L)

- Drive revenue generation through effective upselling, cross-selling, and key account management strategies.

3.Operational Excellence:

- Strategize for scale and long-term success by optimizing systems, processes, and standardization efforts.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of online vs. offline educational delivery methods and make informed decisions accordingly.

4. Pedagogical Expertise:

- Possess a deep understanding of curriculums, assessments, and best practices in the domain of pedagogy.

- Ensure alignment of the organization with pedagogical principles and standards.

5.Product Knowledge:

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our educational products and services.

- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback and contribute to product enhancements.

Skill & Will:

Must Have:

- Experience in managing and leading teams, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Willingness to work in the field and travel as required to support the organization.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and providing product consultations to key stakeholders.

- Ability to gather, analyze, and leverage market and competitor intelligence to drive strategic decision-making.

Knowledge, Experience & Qualification:

- Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA in any discipline.

- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in educational leadership roles with a proven track record of success.

- Experience of interaction with clients (schools) directly

- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PPT; Good Presentation skills.
