We Are Seeking A Highly Motivated And Experienced State Head For Our Brand, Heabal India, Who Will Be responsible for Driving Sales And Distribution of our Newly Launched Product, Heabal Non-Tobacco Cigarettes, throughout the State. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee the Sales Team and Distribution Network in each District and City in their respective States and will be responsible for achieving Sales Targets And Revenue Goals. Currently, we are looking for a regional State Manager for each State in India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop And Implement Sales Strategies To Achieve Revenue And Sales Targets For The State

- Build And Manage A Strong Distribution Network With A Focus On Increasing Sales In Each District And City

- Identify And Appoint New Distributors And Wholesalers To Expand The Distribution Network

- Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Key Retailers And Wholesalers To Ensure Brand Visibility And Availability

- Conduct Market Research And Analysis To Identify New Opportunities And Potential Areas For Growth

- Work Closely With The Marketing Team To Develop And Execute Promotional Campaigns And Initiatives To Drive Sales

- Monitor And Analyze Sales Performance Data And Provide Regular Reports To The Management Team

- Manage And Motivate The Sales Team To Achieve Their Targets And Ensure High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction

- Ensure Compliance With Company Policies, Procedures, And Standards At All Times

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 Years Of Relevant Experience In FMCG Sales, With A Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Revenue Goals

- Experience In Managing A Distribution Network With A Strong Network Of Distributors In Each District And City

- Strong Leadership And People Management Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Sales Team

- Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders

- Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions

- Good Knowledge Of The Local Market And Understanding Of Consumer Behavior And Trends

- Degree In Business Administration, Marketing Or Related Field
