- Project Marketing including Sole Sellings and Exclusivity

- Cross Selling

- Profiling each city based on the Customer and the Product offering

- Broker Channel Management

- Working on new products and initiatives like Resales/ Corporate Leasing / HNI segment

- Management of Property Database Management System

- Marketing of Concepts like Low Cost Housing properties in India alongwith the marketing team

- Competition Mapping

- Working with HDFC Ltd and various Common Initiatives like Joint Project Marketing / Subventions / Corporate Real Estate Solutions etc

Age – 30 yrs

Experience in – Project Marketing / Builder Relationships / Home Loans in Mumbai / Delhi / Bangalore
