Senior Manager - Retirement and Pension
- Responsible for driving GTI business and broker relationships
- Developing relationship with broker in Tier 1,2 & 3 cities for GHS & GTI - 15 Nos
- Assisting in enhancing employee portal with new features
- Helping in developing the employer portal based on management sign off
- Creating product journey (view, buy and servicing) for GTI & GHS on retiral platform
- Tracking monthly business performance and GTI review MIS Constant support to sales for GTI related pre sales RFP, Tenders, approvals and GTI quotes
- Streamlining the GTI processes by liasion with Group Operations, actuarial, UW, Claims and medicals
- Handling the end to end preparation and execution of International Conference for clients
Candidate Requirement :
- Graduate/ MBA with 6 to 10 Years of experience in Retirement & Pension,Group Term Insurance business.
- Should have experience in sales support, sales strategy and planning, business analysis and MIS reporting. Should have excellent relationship management skills
