Job Description:

- Manage a team of 15 AL Managers, across North and East zones for Agency Life Program.

- Content development in close coordination with Learning and

- Training and hand holding of AL Managers, Managing escalations

- Travel to various locations and Drive targets / strategies FC Engagement and Reward and Recognition Management

- Channeling the Central Drives through Agency Life program

- Reviewing the low performing branches and charting out the improvement plans

- Creating program visibility on the field

- Interacting with the Learning & Development team and helping in the creation of Agency Life modules

- Preparing the Agency Life calendars for every batch cycle

- Maintain a record of all the required docs for Audit

- Back end alignment with various departments

- Regular MIS updates to be managed, Managing Tech related issues, Arranging collaterals, Agency Life payout management

- Constant reviews with the reporting Managers & field leadership

- Increasing the productivity
