Job Description :
- Facilitating the productivity and effectiveness of the Strategic alliances team in pursuing and closing deals in the NBFC, HFC, emerging segments, wallets, payment banks, banks etc.
- Signing on and on-boarding new life insurance partners in the identified NBFC, HFC, emerging segments, wallets, payment banks, banks etc.
- Ensure strict internal compliance to all organizational procedures and systems.
- Research in new ecosystem to acquire new partners
- Drive partnership acquisition and insurance sales in NBFC, HFC, emerging segments, wallets, payment banks, banks etc spaces in the Life Insurance industry.
- Ideate and conceptualize new propositions and prospects within the identified segments
- Effective implementation of overall on-boarding business sales strategies to suit the channel dynamics
- Monitor, support and conduct reviews and feedback sessions with the teams for continuous development and achieving business volumes as projected
- Ensure channel adherence to statutory and regulatory norms.
Candidate requirement : MBA 2016 or before passout with alliance experience, preferably in BFSI domain.
Industry : Open but BFSI is preferred
Work Experience : 4-7 years
