Chief Manager - Digital Marketing
Job Summary:
A creative/content lead who has knowledge & experience in converting complex financial product features into simple and effective communication. At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred. Responsibilities will include leading creative and content strategy for HDFC Life's paid digital marketing efforts, and running engagement-led campaigns.
Responsibilities:- Gather requirements from paid media and email marketing teams, and develop creative and content strategy on a monthly & quarterly basis.
- Managing campaigns and Brand IPs to drive engagement and consideration among online audiences.
- Aim to drive creative performance metrics (CTR, Open Rate, etc.) and regularly optimise the same as per targets.
- Drive an internal team, as well as external creative agencies to develop effective communication and handle deliverables as per timelines.
- Remain well-versed and updated on brand and legal guidelines for all creative formats.
- Ensuring adherence to process and TATs for internal approvals from product and compliance teams.
Requirements:Knowledge:- Life Insurance industry landscape and product offerings.
- Digital marketing channels and various creative formats available.
Skills:
- Creative & Communication: Ability to convey complex information in an effective manner, to both internal and external partners. Good eye for design, aesthetics and brand-appropriate messaging.
- Stakeholder Management: Working with (and pushing) internal departments and external agencies to meet tight deadlines.
- Reporting, Analysis, and Iteration: Constant initiatives to experiment and test creative performance. Keeping regular track of creative performance through reports and regularly updating campaign teams and management on the same.
Experience:- 5+ years in digital marketing and/or creative communication-related roles.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing / Communications (MBA / PGDM preferred).
