ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT:

At Marketing, we strive to be the most relevant and obvious brand choice for consumers/customers, partners, employees and other stakeholders.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

- Ensure HDFC Life is a brand of choice for distributors and their customers

- Enhance brand affinity among channel partner's customers and employees, by maintaining the strong brand health in their ecosystem

- Designing and execution of Strategic initiatives to Ring fence our leadership position, by creating differentiation through marketing campaigns

- Lead Product, segments and category based communication, basis research insights and business focus

- Amplify Brand initiatives through distribution networks

- Design and lead integrated campaigns targeting employees, partners and customers. Explore media tie ups and IPs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Increase the SOV of the brand among Partner's employees and customers, through marketing communication and campaigns

- Design and execute innovative and effective Marketing programs for efficient channel marketing management with measurable results

- Ensure presence across partner's offline and digital assets, regular partner engagement across hierarchy

- Build and develop niche segments and Product categories basis channel and org focus

- Ensure 360 degree Product launch and product drive for internal and external stakeholders

- Conceptualizing and designing of Education & Enablement tools, by analyzing the need gap

- Conceptualize & design online/offline customer campaigns for business generation

- Creating differentiated value in Channel Partner Management through Marketing initiatives

- Innovation and experiential led BTL campaigns with focus on reach, performance, use of different mediums

- Amplifying Brand campaigns through Distribution network

- Design Marketing Solution to business and channel specific needs

- Continuous thinking and improvisation through innovation, marketing & business understanding to create business and brand impact

- Contribute and lead various functional/org level strategic projects

- Work in close coordination with the internal Key Account Teams and the Channel Partner to design and execute the Marketing Plan, which will enable the achievement of overall business objective.

- Ensure Compliance to brand and regulatory guidelines, Budget management

- Team Management ( 1-2 team members)

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

A proven track record of performance with at least 6-8 years of experience in Marketing & communication designing across online and offline mediums

EDUCATION:

MBA (full time), with a Post Graduate degree in Marketing
