Roles & Responsibility:
- Responsible for business development / pursuit process and will be lead in formulating and executing sales pipeline:

Responsibility:
- Focus on corporate and partner distribution with end to end ownership of hunting to farming. One stop relationship manager for the customer. Products and solutions to distribute...nps, insurance, funds, wellness, care solutions.
USP:
- Brand affiliation trust, digital aggregator advantages of choice/comfort/convenience, digital platform for employees/employer & partner/customer to ensure 0 operational efforts, investment research team to support knowledge based business development, data analytics and digital advantage so that equity of employer and partner increases in the eye of the employee and customer.
Preferred Candidate profile:
- Broad understanding of financial services, product solutions and all aspects of planning strategies and concepts
- Client-centric skills including excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Education: Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
8- 12 + years of BD/ sales experience in financial sector (Fintech will be preferred)
