- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an AVP - Product.

- The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of relevant experience in the Insurance sector and hold an MBA from a Tier 1, 2, or 3 institute.

- The candidate should possess a strong background in product management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful product development and management.

What Does The Job Entail :

- Product Strategy: Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company's goals and market demands.

- Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch analysis.

- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure product success.

- Customer Focus: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve products and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Financial Management: Manage product budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to achieve profitability targets.

- Compliance: Ensure all products comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA from a Tier 1, 2, or 3 institute

- 7-12 years of experience in the Insurance sector

- Proven track record in product management and development

- Strong understanding of insurance products and market trends
