Candidate requirement : MBA 2011 or before passout with alliance experience, preferably in BFSI, fintech domain.

Min : 10 -12 years exp

Job Description :

PURPOSE OF THE JOB :

- Facilitating the productivity and effectiveness of the Strategic alliances team in pursuing and closing deals.

- Signing on and on-boarding new life insurance partners in the identified partnerships in emerging ecosystem space

- Ensure strict internal compliance to all organizational procedures and systems.

- Research in new ecosystem to acquire new partners

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Drive partnership acquisition and insurance sales with partner.

2. Ideate and conceptualize new propositions and prospects within the identified segments

3. Effective implementation of overall on-boarding business sales strategies to suit the channel dynamics

4. Monitor, support and conduct reviews and feedback sessions with the teams for continuous development and achieving business volumes as projected

5. Ensure channel adherence to statutory and regulatory norms.
