Job Responsibilities :
- This role is responsible to enhance and improvise the Talent Acquisition processes using technology and automation processes in order to attract and select the best-in-class talent.
- Translate new ideas into projects to be implemented on the eRecruitment module of SAP in order to bring in higher efficiency.
- Optimize hiring cost and develop/ use sophisticated Applicant tracking systems, other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding & responsible to deliver comprehensive reports to the HR team along with insights.
- Develop and implement New age Hiring tools based on the organization's Competency framework in order to facilitate Mass Online Testing
- Manage and optimize leads received from Career site and use it effectively to hire incumbents who have applied to the organization
- Contribute effectively to the organizations, Talent Acquisition, Referral and Internal Job watch policies.
- Builds Relationships with Agencies and staffing firms & builds partnerships and manage the procurement and measurement process.
- Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and ensure E-Channel Optimization, identify key sourcing channels, develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, leveraging relevant social media and employee referrals.
- Plan and manage social media campaigns for employment branding, and building a robust talent pipeline.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Full time MBA /PGDBM from Tier 1/2 Institutes mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of Talent acquisition exposure in Banking or Financial Services industries.
- Experience in Project management of Recruitment tools, Competency frameworks, Applicant tracking systems and SAP / Any other Recruitment platform preferred.
- Experience/ Exposure to HR Analytics preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools
- Experience in leveraging a Referral network in a corporate environment
- Subject matter expertise in the areas of Talent Attraction, Competency based Assessments and Selection at all levels.
