Talent Acquisition Partner - IT & Digital Role
A. Job Purpose:
- To create a robust talent pipeline
- To optimize the source mix and bring down recruitment costs
- To deliver exemplary candidate experience and position HDFC Bank as a preferred employer
- Manage current staffing needs and pre-emptive hiring based on forecast
- Working closely with HR BP team in order to have seamless staffing
B. Key Responsibility Areas of Talent Acquisition:1. Recruitment - Leveraging all available sourcing channels to meet hiring demands in a timely manner
- Collaborating with the Social Media team to implement innovative talent acquisition campaigns
- Partnering with Capability Building team as well as HR Processes & Analytics team to build robust talent pipeline
- Managing end to end recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial screening, assessments, interviews and extending offers
- Liaising with the Campus Strategy Lead to implement the campus strategy and achieve the campus recruitment targets
- Partnering with Business to create agility of decision making
- Sticking and managing SLAs with line so that recruitment is faster and pro-active
- Ensuring TAT and helping in process improvement of recruitment
2. Candidate Communication & Experience - Delivering exemplary candidate experience by Processing applications as per defined TATs
- Ensuring no application goes unaddressed
- Using standard communications created by the Talent Brand & Communication team to engage with active candidates as well as pipeline
- Partnering with L&D and other relevant teams to ensure engaging and standardized on-boarding experience
- Timely connect to offered candidates in order to avoid last moment drop outs or rescue plans
3. Stakeholder & Team Management - Creating strategic alliances with business units to close demands in a timely manner
- Working closely with business units in order to understand the bottle necks and providing best possible solution
- Managing productivity of recruitment officers mapped to the team
4. HR Operations - Maintaining accurate candidate data on E-Rec in a timely manner
- Ensuring offer processing in compliance with prescribed TATs
- Ensuring end to end TA process is carried out in compliance with predefined TATs and SLAs
- Ensuring end to end TA process is carried out in compliance with recruitment policies and guidelines
C. Key Skills:- Ability to discern strong candidates
- Understanding of how to separate and combine tasks into efficient recruiting workflow
- Digitally savvy
- Planning and organizing skills
- High result orientation, goal-oriented
- Strong analytical skills along with advanced level of MS Excel proficiency
- Sharp, capable and agile, can deal with concepts and complexity comfortably
D. Educational/ Experience required:Graduation: Any fulltime graduate
Post-Graduation: MBA preferred
Minimum experience in years - 3-8 years Exposure to recruitment preferable
