Job Purpose :
The key responsibility areas include providing handholding & training support on PFMS, leveraging PFMS knowledge to help the channel to acquire business, engage with channel and solution sales team for customized solution engagements.
Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 - 8 Areas Actionable (4-6)
- Portfolio Management - First Point of Contact for Regional GIB Channel for all PFMS related requirements
- Champion the PFMS discussions, acquire information on latest developments in PFMS and other linked systems
- Co-ordinate with the regional teams for onboarding, handholding and activation
- Be the SPOC for all PFMS training, documentation and proposal
- Co-ordinate for customer account seeding on PFMS and track progress on a regular basis
- Stakeholder communication
- Ensure sustained communication and outreach to the GIB Solution sales and GIB team on existing and latest developments on PFMS
- Enablement of Solution Sales team on PFMS presentations and customer engagement
- Making initial solution presentations to the customer
- Follow-up for sign off from the customer on the Scope of Work
- Facilitate Implementation - Facilitate transition from Presales to Implementation for PFMS
- Act as bridge between Central PFMS team and customer
- Work with Central PFMS and BTG team for understanding customized requirements and translate those to requirement documents and specifications
- Work closely with GIB channel and RBB for customer deliverables, walk-through and sign off
- Channel Support - Work closely with the Govt. Central Solutions team for deliverables on customized solutions
- Interface with the solution sales team for understanding the customer requirements, translating those to requirement documents and sharing those with BTG team for further action on solution design and vendor selection
- Provide support on government solutions for customer deliverables like presentations, proposals, demos etc.
Inter vertical Partnerships & supporting tech delivery - Build strong partnerships with the business technology, operations, IT, merchant payments team, branch banking teams, business portfolio teams, and GIB sales teams across the bank for effective functioning and delivery
- Engage on solution scoping exercise together with the technology and IT teams
Candidature Required:
- 10-12 years of overall experience
- Atleast 6-7 years of technology/operations experience with exposure to PFMS
- Preferably should have worked/should be currently working in PFMS State Project Management Unit (SPMU)
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge on PFMS functions like customer onboarding, beneficiary registration and validation, account seeding, transaction processing, MIS and Reports etc.
