Key Skills requirements for a candidate :

4. Experience of min. 7-8 years of handling/acquisition of HNI or Ultra HNI clients
5. Knowledge and experience of handling wealth products (preferably MFs, Investment Products etc.)
Responsibilities :
- To acquire new clients in the targeted HNI segment from outside the Bank consistently.
- Business generation on Investment Advisory Services.
- To meet the Sales target in terms of income generated across all advisory Products as also Product support for TPP
- Guiding, developing and motivating Team members for achieving Team targets.
- Ensuring proper development of Business in terms of clients, Market share, processes and relationship management.
- To work with the retail branch banking channels towards lead generation, client acquisition and servicing.
- To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- To execute cross-sell efforts as per focus of the Bank at a given point in time.
- To retain and enhance Advisory relationships that are converted.
