PROJECT:
- To grow Corporate card portfolio in terms of primes, spends and ENR
- Develop compelling product propositions with clear and visible income lines for the bank
- Develop program product and process note along with credit policy, IT and legal
- Develop and roll out implementation with PPS for - Sales, DIP, AFU, Policy, Ops, Plastics and Customer Service
EXPECTED END RESULTS MAJOR ACTIVITIES
Business Development:
1. Enable/ support New Acquisition as per budgets- No of Relationships, Spends volumes.
2. Collaborate with Wholesale Banking (CBG, ECG, FIG, CCM, etc) and increase penetration into their existing Corp relationships
3. Increase card penetration in existing corporate card book
4. Work closely with Branch Banking, KCM & CSRM channels to break into new Corp & grow market share.
5. Expense Management Solution Implementation Delinquency Management/Control. Also oversees Business Cards book.
Product - Portfolio Management:
1. Launch new product variants keeping in view customer requirements and market trends
2. Managing overall portfolio parameters like activation, spends per card, delinquency etc
3. Track & monitor each portfolio performance and profitability vis a vis targets
4. Evaluate and initiate discussion with policy / credit to setup new processes for incremental and quality sourcing
5. Get legal, compliance, audit, policy and business head concurrences on new initiatives
Compliance & Audit:
1. Identify process gaps and address the same.
2. Setup new processes to ease in corporate onboarding process
Impact on Portfolio:
1. Closely work with credit, corporate assist & debt management team to maintain portfolio parameters for stock book for Corporate cards
2. Segment wise strategy to drive early activation and increase in spends per card.
3. To improve overall customer onboarding experience and work on alternative channels /mode of communication with corporate customers
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Similar role in other organisations with enterprise solution experience
