Principle Accountabilities :

Marketing Campaigns :

- Conceptualize and Plan marketing campaigns with Zonal Heads/ RSMs /Central Marketing to meet business objectives for the branches and other business groups

- Organize activities to promote Branch Launch, Relocation and Anniversary

- Create adequate visibility about the branch presence in the catchment area

- Organize relationship building activities in/for the branch to engage with the existing customers

- Tracking and monitoring of promotions to evaluate impact

- Engage with various Assets Sales Teams in the locations to plan and execute sales promotion activities

Budgetary and Commercial Controls :

- Number crunching in terms of cost of acquisition and incremental number generation

- Evaluate and control marketing spends

- Vendor management to ensure more bang for the buck

Market Research :

- Organizing for local dip-stick research/focus groups based on central initiatives or local needs

- Analyzing findings and communication of the same with the Branches/Central Marketing

- Understanding customer perception of other banks

Description of the Relationships and Roles :

- Development and execution of marketing plans to reach the customer segments

- Develop marketing leads and supervise the budget

- Identify marketing goals and objectives

- Recommend strategies to integrate into local regional marketing plans

Job specification :

Educational Background : MBA (Marketing)

Total Work experience : 2-5 Years

Relevant Work Experience : 2 Years

Key Behavioural requirements : Passionate, Aggressive, Collaborative, Creative

Any Specific Functional / Skill Set Requirement : Marketing Experience
