Job Description:

- Complete handling of the timelines and performance tracking of a project/ programme. Validation and analysis of project progress, highlight showstoppers and escalate.

a.Developing and maintaining the programme management plan, publish schedules, weekly and monthly reporting to key stakeholders on project progress.

b.Should possess an ability to engage with various team members from cross functional technology and business team. Discuss scope of projects with business and technology team and doing feasibility analysis

c.Good understanding of project and portfolio and service management. Ensuring PMO services are delivered using best in class practices and methodologies

d.Contributing to building PMO proposals and RFPs

e.Adept in leadership communications, conflict resolution and people management

f. Negotiate on functionalities with technology partners/vendors and prioritizing deliverables

g. Negotiate on effort estimates with technology partners/vendors

h.End to end coordination from business, technology and other department on activities/projects

i. Participate in investigation and resolution of complex and unusual problem.

j. Recommend change to established method, suggest alternative method.

k. Provide support for creating and maintaining project documentation as per the project development life cycle.

l. Implementation and post implementation support

Qualifications

Desired Candidates:

- Any Graduate/Post graduate (engineers preferred) with 10 and more years of overall experience preferably in Banking domain.

- Understanding of retail payment channels and digital banking domain
