Overview:
As a Program Manager at HDFC Bank, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our Web Sales of Embedded Insurance products while also overseeing our Digital Marketing efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of insurance products, digital marketing trends, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Web Sales of Embedded Insurance products, aligning with the bank's broader goals and customer needs.
2. Digital Marketing:- Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to enhance the bank's online presence and customer engagement.
3. Team Leadership:- Build and mentor a high-performing team of digital marketing and sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
4. Insurance Expertise:- Leverage your deep knowledge of insurance products to ensure the seamless integration and promotion of embedded insurance offerings within the bank's digital channels.
5. Customer Experience:- Ensure a superior online customer experience by optimizing the user journey from initial contact through the purchase of insurance products.
6. Data-Driven Insights:- Utilize data analytics to monitor campaign performance, make data-backed decisions, and continually improve digital marketing and sales efforts.
7. Compliance:- Ensure that all marketing and sales activities adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards, particularly within the financial services sector.
8. Budget Management:- Efficiently manage the digital marketing and web sales budget, allocating resources for maximum ROI.
9. Partnerships:- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance digital marketing capabilities and expand the reach of embedded insurance products.
10. Reporting:- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with an MBA (preferred).
2. Extensive experience in digital marketing, web sales, and insurance within the financial services industry, with a strong track record of achieving results.
3. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
4. In-depth knowledge of insurance products, their distribution, and regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
