Digital Initiatives- Unsecured Loans Group-
- Increasing contribution from Digital originations
- Best in class product and process offering for customer delight and instant gratification
Digital Process Improvements/ Implementation for Unsecured Loans
- Formulate and implement new processes for achieving organisational goal of delivering - Customer Delight- .
- Monitoring processing efficiencies through regular reject reviews, CPV wastage analysis and ensuring implementation of the corrective measures.
- Running knowledge series for the Sales team to ensure awareness of Product USP's and reducing customer complaints.
- Increase customer stickiness through best in class process and product offerings for HDFC Bank Salary account customers.
- Implementation and amendments in KYC norms based on market dynamics and in conformity with RBI guidelines.
PL Product & Policy -
- Formulation and implementation of new product offerings to deliver - Customer Delight-
- Modification of product/ policy parameters based on market dynamics and customer feedback during location, HDFC Bank liability Branch and corporate visits.
- Segment wise review for identifying critical impact areas/ locations/ segments and take corrective actions to minimise credit losses and optimizing profits to the Bank.
- Running of knowledge series to ensure awareness of product USP's.
