HDFC Bank - Product Manager - Gold Loans

1. Provide Control and Information / Analysis to help business achieve P&L objective

2. Identify opportunities through MIS and interaction with sales team

3. Provide sales support on material and information

4. Generate leads through campaigns and contribute to business volumes

5. Review Process regularly for reducing risk / improving profitability. Interact with other stake holders such as Credit / Ops / Collections to achieve the same.

Major Activities:

- Information / Control/ Analysis

- P&L Review

- Cost Analysis to understand the impact of activities and cost on the P&L

- Track key business deliverables through MIS and provide trends / information for corrective action

- Campaign/ Activity Management

- Review marketing material for impact / changes based on feedback from sales / new product launches etc.
