Job Purpose & Responsibilities :
- Formulation of business strategy to grow business volume in Travel segment (the largest segment for Commercial cards) and other identified segments like Hotels and Hospitals.
- Implement CUG programs with Airlines, Online Travel Agencies, Consolidators, and Hotels for air and hotel payments.
- Drive virtual card programs with large corporates and travel partners for international hotel payments
- Drive sales with opportunity tracker to get penetration among these Corporates
- Implement product programs and processes along with Product support, PPS, credit, legal and tech teams.
- Monitor and Report program P&Ls on a monthly basis
Business Development :
- Implement CUG programs with Airlines, Online Travel Agencies, Consolidators, and Hotels for air and hotel payments.
- Drive virtual card programs with large corporates and travel partners for international hotel payments
- Tap payments for Travel by Trade on Commercial Cards
- Get maximum utilization of lines from Travel Agents through incentive programs
- Engage with large consolidators for receivable programs
- Engage with Corporate Travel Agents for Corporate referrals
- Engage with larger TMCs for tapping their receivables on Cards
- Work on policies / leverage existing banking relationships to provide credit lines relevant for the trade
- Closely engage through specific incentive programs that contributes to their bottom-line
- Provide them with data support for easy reconciliation
Design Product Program :
- Design and roll out new products, platforms and solutions with best in class value proposition for Hospital and Hotel segment - CUG program.
- Creation and development of sales & business processes and platforms for seamless delivery of products and services to all stakeholders.
- Owning of Travel, Hospital and Hotel segment by gaining significant market share in issuance and acquiring volumes
Portfolio Management:
- Management of existing portfolio of corporate clients through defined engagement program
- Monitor, identify, evaluate and initiate necessary portfolio interventions to influence activation and spends - segment wise
- Develop segment specific programs to increase card limit utilization and drive spends per card
- Partner alliances to build value proposition around our products and solutions
- Higher engagement with portfolio customers by leveraging marketing communication channels
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :
- Understanding of Cards / payments business
- Understanding of the Travel business; industry and regulation
- Aligned on internal processes and service delivery norms
- Knowledge of technical and payments regulatory environment
- Aware and updated of the competition landscape

- Good interpersonal skills with willingness to continuously adapt and learn
- Strong execution skills, Ability to work with cross functional teams in and outside cards business
