1. Process re-engineering
- Understand business/ credit processes with an objective to identify opportunities for improvement
- Identify solutions to plug identified gaps
- Discuss within Business, Credit, Operations, etc. to finalize solutions
2. Bringing solutions to life
- Document comprehensive Business requirement documents to be shared with the technical team for development
- Engage with the IT team to ensure timely delivery
- Manage vendors to conduct User Acceptance Testing
3. Ensure solutions are adopted the way you expected
- Connect with the RMs/Credit Analysts, other users to ensure functionality is being used as expected
- Liaison with multiple departments within the bank, specifically Credit and Operations to ensure adoption of functionalities
- Use the feedback loop to make necessary changes post go-live
- Create metrics for the solution/ functionality and track adoption against the metrics (TAT, FTNR, Approval Ratios, etc)
4. Make data speak
- Perform comprehensive data analysis for various metrics to share actionable insights
- Analyse the business numbers to track and monitor process metrics
- Report progress against the metrics to senior management
