Manager/Senior Manager - Digital Acquisition
Overall Responsibilities :
- Managing Affiliates, Aggregators and Google Adwords to get online acquisitions.
- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
- Lead generation, Monetizing Website & mobile
- Vendor management, Negotiation with agencies / publishers
- Allocation of available budget within sources, optimizing media sources basis COA
- Increase sources for lead generation, keep testing new options for lead generation & Optimize existing sources
- Ensure good quality leads are passed to the fulfillment channel
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
- Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO, PPC, SMM & Programmatic Buying
- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the Bank's website
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
Preference Is Given For People From Banks Or Aggregators
The Requirements :
We look for people with the following qualities :
- Self-driven, willing to work hard, to achieve and exceed targets
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing in any industry
- Knowledge of Landing page optimization and creation of customer feedback loops
- Knowledge of commonly used terms: CPC, CTR, CPL, CPI,CPM
- Must be good at agency management and agency isolation
- Must have hands on experience with creating briefs for designers
- Should be well rehearsed with Marketing Automation Tools and usage of LMS ( Lead Management System)
