Job Purpose :
Performing data-mining and statistical analysis, including predictive modelling, to develop database-marketing strategies and campaigns that drive key business objectives
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Develop predictive models, behavioural micro-segments and triggers for identifying potential customers for cross-sell and activation of the various bank products and services
- Ensuring all new analytical solutions are utilized for central marketing campaigns
- Monitoring performance of predictive scorecards / solutions and ensuring the performance is as per the internal benchmark through regular enhancements of the solutions
- Business impact of the solutions developed

- Top decile to average response rate to be greater than 3 times for atleast 80% of predictive scorecards build during FY
JOB SPECIFICATIONS :
Educational Background : Graduate / Post Graduate in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering
Total Work experience : 2-3 Years of experience in relevant field
- Strong logical, analytical and mathematical skills
- Any Specific Functional / Skill Set Requirement - Knowledge of analytical tools / techniques, coding
