Job Purpose:
The incumbent would be required to set up systems and processes to monitor the impact of the banks social initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- To create a robust impact assessment and monitoring framework
- To engage with key stakeholders to identify key data points
- To benchmark against national and global standards
- To create a structured approach for monitoring and reporting on key indicators to demonstrate the impact of the banks social initiatives
- To create/adopt an IT enabled platform to monitor and demonstrate impact
- To develop a systematic monitoring framework to improve the qualitative and quantitative data/evidence with respect to project impact in consultation with the team
- Review the quality of data existing in the current projects and methods of collection
- To provide technical assistance to the implementing agencies, particularly in relation to monitoring, reporting and governance issues.
- To monitor progress against key goals
- To monitor ROI of CSR investments through data , provide feedback, stream lining data flow and ensuring accuracy in reporting
- To build internal/external capabilities
- To onboard external research/consulting partners on assessments of planned interventions for large scale programs and initiate internal studies
- To create training schedules /systems to train the team and partners in adopting the recommended systems.
- Recommending corrective or additional support to bring partners to scale up their reporting standards
- To tag assets of the banks and sets
- Impact Reporting
- To create innovative means of communicating the Impact of the banks Social programs such as case studies, testimonials, geo tagging, logs etc)
- Update management on progress on identified goals
- To make regular submissions of project achievements to credible forums, magazines, awards etc.
Educational Qualifications Key Skills:
- Post graduate degree in social work / business administration with experience in data management
- The incumbent should have worked at a national level in the capacity of director / head of M & E Department at a national/international level funding agency/large SR functions and process a sound knowledge of IT Tools, applications.
- A good understanding of the social sector is required
Additional Skills: Team Work, Multi- Tasking and ability to work in time bound manner
Experience Required:
15 - 18 years of experience
