You will work along with Lead - HR Business Partner to:
- collaborate with HR team and business to implement HR initiatives in line with organizational objectives
- develop strong stakeholder relationships to drive people initiatives
- Manage and support in key areas of performance management , change management
- Program management of capability building talent pool
- Create robust Succession Roadmaps
- Participate in Talent Management Process for the business
- Workforce Planning
- Driving D&I agenda for business
This is an Individual contributor role , where you will be?
- Strategic Partner for Senior Management of the business
- Will have to constantly demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
- Effectively use influence and negotiation strategies to secure support to drive key agenda

- Proven HR generalist skill - exposure to Branch Banking will be an advantage
- Ability to grasp and understand business issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
