HDFC Bank - Analyst - Data Research & Analysis/Valuation Analysis - Investment Banking

An Analyst will be exposed to various aspects of business like Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Syndication, etc. closely working with the Investment advisors working as a shared resource for data research & analysis, valuation analysis, etc.

Position Responsibilities:

- Support the senior members in IB on deal origination pitch book preparation, deal / transaction support on execution and data research & analysis

- Conducting valuation analysis including peer group comparables, precedent transactions and discounted cash flow analysis

- Adherence to defined timelines for delivery

- MIS preparation, analysis and compliance with policies and procedures.

Position Requirements:

- Strong analytical abilities

- Knowledge of industry and companies

- Conversant with handling corporate database

- Good accounting knowledge

- Good presentation skills

- Prior experience in deal execution esp documentation

- Ability to build relationships
