Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and be accountable for projects ensuring all tracks are delivered on a timely/cost effective manner
- To ensure process excellence in business process design, re-engineering and management to system implementation
- Enable development of frameworks with technology and process to accelerate execution
- Worked for multinational companies in a multi-cultural environment
- Worked/Lead in multiple change management projects
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
- Any degree with min 10-12 years of exp.
- Willingness to work in US / Night Shifts
Desired Qualifications:
- Degree with 10-12 years' experience out of which 5-6 years' experience in transformation preferable in SCM
- Well versed with ERP tools (Ariba, SFDC, SAP)
- Knowledge in RPA tools, MS Project, Visio etc
- Certification in project management is preferred
- Experience in working both independently and in a team, environment is essential
