HCL Technologies - AVP/Director - Corporate Strategy - IIM/ISB/XLRI/MDI/FMS

Responsibility :

- Interacting with Top Leaders of a organization on strategic initiatives etc. and be skilled in Reporting/ Analytics / Budgeting etc .

- Working with Delivery leaders on monthly Decks

- Analysis on Funnel, Cross sell & new business vs budgets.

The role requires the person to support and lead various strategic initiatives of HCL CXO office and Drive initiatives at Organizational and functional level.

A part of responsibility will be enabling thought leadership and supporting various key stakeholders and senior leadership in HCL in incubating the business plan and managing ongoing executions / programs.

The person may also get involved in other strategic initiatives having direct impact on the top-line and/or bottom-line of the existing businesses

- Working at CXO office and Drive initiatives at Organizational and functional level.

- Preparation, implementation and tracking of strategic projects.

- Portfolio assessment and financial projections.

- Analysing project/BU performance, reviewing Budgets, variance analysis, P&L analysis.

- Implementing long term strategies for process improvements.

- Leverage multiple sources of data for conducting analysis by applying statistical concepts like regression, factor analysis, cluster analysis etc.

- Using quantitative analysis and statistical/mathematical methodologies to solve business problems.

- Timely analysis through reports, dashboards, modelling and trend analysis.

- Regular initiatives to optimize cost under several heads.

- Productivity optimization initiatives.

Skills / Education :

- Strong credentials with an MBA from tier-1 B-school and with min 15+ years of total experience in Business development / Finance function/ strategy / business consulting roles.

- Someone who can pick-up fast in the required job and has short learning curve for the given role.

- A Strong communicator and with an ability to build relationships with various stakeholders. Has a knack for Business and financial modelling along with personality to manage interactions with potential business partners and enterprise customers Right attitude and aptitude.

- Working knowledge on analytic tools will be added advantage
