Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day aspects of the level 2 and level 3 calls of Messaging during business hours
- Design complete end-to-end LYNC infrastructure solutions to meet client requirements
- Provide L3 level support on Exchange, BES, Monitoring and Reporting
- Provide solution on Exchange designing and planning
- Transitions
- Transformations
- Responding to RFI/RFPs and customer solutions
- Co-ordinate with other teams
Skills
- Multiple Messaging system hands on MS exchange 2003/2007/2010, E-mail Archiving solution , Active directory , DC/GC concept , DNS, Windows Mobile devices and BES ,Antivirus and Antispam solution , Experience in Monitoring and Reporting tools. Knowledge on LCR,CCR, DAG, IM is preferable
- Strong Knowledge on Active directory designing and planning
- Strong Knowledge on Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2007, 2010 is must.
- Experience in deploying and configuring Office Communication Server or Lync Server 2010.
- Voice Integration with OCS / Lync 2010 experience required
- Office Communications Server 2007 R2 co-existence and migration to Lync 2010
- Experience with Lync 2010 with full Voice and Video integration is highly desired.
- Experience utilizes Lync as a PBX replacement.
- Experience integrating Lync with Call Control from Cisco and/or Avaya.
- Experience in setting up Standard and Enterprise edition of Lync 2010 and knowledge on deploying Remote Site and Central Site.
- Good knowledge on the working for SBC, SBA, Director Server etc.
- English: Fluent oral and written
- Certification like MCP, MCSE in Exchange and Active Directory
- Strong understanding and experience with MS Exchange 2003/2007 in an enterprise environment including backup and restore procedures, OWA, RPC/HTTPS, message flow and security.
- Experience supporting Enterprise Anti-SPAM products.
- Day to day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the MS Exchange 2007/2010 infrastructure
- Day to day troubleshooting of Outlook issues; Administration of mailboxes and user accounts
- Public Folder creation, replication and rights assignments
- Strong understanding and experience with MS Exchange 2003/2007 in an enterprise environment including backup and restore procedures, Front End/Back End setups, OWA, RPC/HTTPS, message flow and security.
- Experience supporting Enterprise anti-virus, anti-spam, filtering, logging, encryption and email tracking.
- Experience with any of the following a plus: Cisco/ Avaya IP Telephony
