Roles and responsibilities
1. Proactively identify, develop, and propose strategies to create and leverage software partners with objective of value growth through the creation of business opportunities for business services
2. Consultatively co-create technology led services transformation opportunities for new and existing clients and internal stakeholders
3. Convert the transformation opportunities to tangible revenue and margins deliverables in line with account sales targets
4. Act as primary point of contact for all Platforms related initiatives withpartner and clients – liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective issue resolution
5. Drive platforms/applications related implementations in partnership with teams across the engagement
Skills, competencies
1. Experience in devising software applications/tools strategy that underpin business services offerings
2. Experience in identifying, selecting partners, undertaking partnership agreements is preferred
3. Structured approach to program management with some experience / background of working in a 6 Sigma environment
4. Experience in client handling and working with multiple teams in various GEOs
5. Is able to articulate outcomes and key benefits focusing on value to the client, partner and HCL
6. Experience in risk management and assumption identification and shaping program governance
7. Has worked on pre-sales opportunities and created valid business cases
8. Takes ownership of self-professional development
Experience/Education
- Overall experience – 10+ years
- Education – Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred) / MBA preferred

- Schedule – Full-time
- Travel – Yes, 25 % of the Time
