HCL Talentcare - Recruiter

HCL Talentcare is a new org under HCL corporation and is headquartered in Chennai.

HCL Talentcare is making major investments on the education space and is making a new thrust in this domain.

We are now looking for Recruiters to be based in Chennai for HCL Talentcare.

The work responsibilities will include

1. Headhunt profiles for positions including sales, marketing, faculty etc

2..Work with business managers and help them close positions

3. Adhere to SLA for closing positions

4. prepare and share recruiting reports regularly

5. Handle volume hiring effectively

Desired skills are

1. Well versed in using naukri, linkedin etc

2. Very good communication skills

3. Ability to work with senior management people

4. Willingness to travel.

5. Experience in hiring for the education sector will be preferred

6. Ability to work under pressure
