Supply Chain CoE Strategy and Integration Manager

DPO Supply Chain Operations includes several supply chain engagements covering a wide range of product lifecycle, manufacturing, distribution and order-to-shipment characteristics. Clients expect innovative methods of configuring and operating their supply chains to provide superior customer service and reduce order-to-deliver cycle times while reducing working capital and delivery costs. The DPO Supply Chain CoE drives transformation and provides supply chain expertise to DPO Sales, Delivery and clients. The CoE also works with other HCL Business Units to leverage leading-edge product development, delivery and service strategies globally.

Responsibilities

- The Supply Chain CoE Strategy and Integration Manager will be responsible for developing key supply chain capabilities to drive incremental value to existing and new clients. They will be a change agent who can successfully establish new business processes to help DPO maintain and develop its digital delivery capabilities as a competitive lever.

- This individual will be part of a small CoE team with specialist supply chain or procurement capabilities and supports the delivery units responsible for functional and global business processes.

- They will leverage leading trends and technology developments in supply chain and be familiar with the ecosystem of 3rd party software solutions, 3PL/4PL providers and capabilities.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will have a strong process improvement orientation, having worked for or consulted to a large corporation in two or more areas of supply chain:

- Supply Chain Planning

- Order Management

- Logistics and Transportation

- Inventory Management

- Procurement

- Manufacturing

- Supply Chain Network Optimization and Design

- Supply Chain cost management

It is important for this individual to have first hand experience working with a global enterprise driving supply chain systems and business processes, designs and concepts.

The following are the key attributes the successful candidate must possess:

- Self motivated - Ability to "self start" and work independently.

- Ability to excite and influence others, both within and beyond the supply chain organizational groups.

- Organizational skills - able to prioritize activities and initiatives between several competing customers.

- Project Management - experience in managing resources, timeline and delivery using established project management tools and techniques.

- Analytical capabilities including statistical analysis

- Minimum Bachelor's degree; Masters preferred

- Strong process improvement orientation and possibly Lean Six Sigma certification

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to establish trust and credibility across the DPO organization and with other business units such as ERS and Digital Business
