Job Description
- Meet business requirements by developing marketing interventions for programs that impact business problems like employer of choice, increased employer value proposition.
- Strategize & lead dedicated programs and events for employees in different stages of employee lifecycle (both internal/external)
- To interface between teams, stakeholders and deliver quality output within the stipulated timelines. Ensure the integration and implementation of the program elements as per agreed schedule| budget and quality so as to achieve the strategic intent of each program.
- Identify new opportunities to build HCL as an employer of choice in different geos
- Plan and support the team to conceptualize and generate campaigns and communication collateral across mediums such as print, digital, audio-visual and Web
- Partner with entities or govt. bodies across geos to build relationship and develop campaigns around it
- Assess the quality of engagement of talent groups through surveys and interviews to create a business case and develop programs around it to generate value for stakeholders and organization
- Develop and manage organization wide employee focused campaigns for increased connect with employees.
- Analysis of competitors employer branding strategies to understand the Industry Best practices
- Participate in relevant Global Awards
