Responsibilities:
- The Sales Head will help achieve annual sales objectives and growth initiatives targeted specifically towards the Enterprise Clients for Talent Management Services in IT and ITeS industry in India.
- He/ She will help drive new business and expand relationships with current customers.
Required Skills and Experience:
- MBA from a premier B-School, with specialization in Marketing or HR
- Strategic, hands-on sales leader with 8-10 years of experience and a proven track record of sales growth in IT Services market.
- Proven Management skills, collaborative, team-building leadership style.
- Experience and ability to work in a fast paced, growing environment.
- Energetic, self-starter with strong work ethic and excellent track record of success.
