- Preparation of risk register

- Lock in with internal team and planning for risk mitigation.

- Delivery presentation to customer where required

- Providing go ahead for the bid

- Post PO

- Vetting the PO with solution

- Vetting BOQ

- Due diligence with internal team and customer and mitigating the shortfall in the PO

- Providing go ahead to the final BOQ for order loading

- Preparation of NISP,HLD,LLD as applicable and getting signoff from customer

- Preparation of SOW for vendors

- Preparation of project plan and tracking

- Resource planning and allocation

- Closely work with Project team and respective vendors/OEMs get the project executed

- Preparation of PID and getting signoff from customer

- Audit

- Continuous ISO and process adherence

- Maintaining all ISO documentation and attending both internal and external audit

- Training

- Planning and arranging training for the internal resources.

- Planning and arranging training for the customer as and when required

- Mentoring

- Mentoring and building resources from lower to higher level in terms of technical and managerial front.

- Controlling attrition

- CSAT

- Building relation with customer and improving customer satisfaction.

- Handling escalation and emergency situations.

- Escalation internally and externally and closing customer pain area.
