Role & Responsibilities for Account Manager/ Sr. Account Manager:

- Account Management and Client Relationship.

- Creation and Management of business in a professional manner so as to achieve business results while ensuring customer satisfaction

TARGET Customer experience: Consultative - single point customer facing role - across business Units and offerings for Corporate / Enterprise Customer

Role:

- Primarily existing account mining and new account Acquisition (hunting) - eventually 50-60%in account mining & new account acquisition 50-40%

- Experience of selling High value business per account per year.

- Knack to penetrate in accounts and sell services and projects in highly competitive environment.

- Target orientation and consistent performer: A proven performer with a demonstrated track record of individual sales achievement.

- To support and coach the team in all aspects of their activities in order to maximize generation of profitable sales revenues and ensure employee motivation.

- Build and maintain good relations and win customer confidence through regular interface with all identified customers at senior most (CEO) levels

- Formalize partner arrangements with S/w, H/w OEMs

- Provide regular market Intelligence through competition tracking and market analysis.

- Ability to understand the service offerings of business groups and support them in achieving their business goals.

- Ability to leverage all available networks and alliances to uncover additional sales opportunities.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills along with the desire and ability to travel are essential to this position.

- Business Vertical exposure: Telecom/ROM/Mfg

Offerings: ICT Products, solutions, SI, Services

Education: BE+MBA(Pref)/MBA

Experience: 5 years to 11 years experience of handling IT Solutions,Services & SI Sales
