Job description (Detailed JD) and Mandatory Skills :
- Responding to RFPs, delivering presentations and conducting product trials, solution demos to the prospective clients, technical proposal, sizing, Bill of material, effort estimation as well as supports the sales team in preparing commercial offers/ proposals
- Solution Architect Areas of expertise should include solutions for Enterprise Management Software which covers Business Service Management, Infrastructure Management, Application Management, IT Service Management
Subject Matter expert on EMS Technologies for various OEMs including CA, HP, IBM, BMC
- Handling Customer relationship and alliances of EMS prospects.
- Interfacing with clients to understand their technical issues and requirements, co-coordinating with the partners and delivery team for devising viable End-2-End solutions.
- Responsible for growing the total company revenue in assigned EMS practice by generating new business and developing a consultant approach to advising our clients.
- Team skills to work with other architects to ensure solution aligns to business and IT strategy within the commercial limitation.
- Responsible for services target in the region.
- Interface with HCL partners like CA, IBM, HP, and BMC to design the solution.
- Effectually pre-planned sales strategies for the accomplishment of performance milestones.
- Work as a consultant, with clients in preparing the SOW/POC/Workshops on EMS Solutions.
- Work with the Delivery leader and Sales to define and execute strategy Lead Innovations on own. Provide inputs to the delivery team in the EMS Tool space and also attend meetings with new customers / respond to proposals / create presentations / new collaterals etc
- Engaged in Due Diligence both pre and post sales.Analysis of current tools in the client landscape and mapping the requirements. Suggestion on new tools as part of transformation initiatives
